Alaska Rheumatology Alliance 2022 Cancellation/Refund Policy Excludes Exhibit Booth Registrants From the initial
confirmation and up to
May 23, 2022, 50 percent of the total registration fee will be charged. No refunds for
cancellations after May 23, 2022. There will be no refunds for No-Shows. If we are unable to hold the meeting at the scheduled date and location due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not issue refunds, but will implement alternative dates, locations, or platforms. Registrants
who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be
processed thirty (30) days following the meeting. Any new registrations and/or name changes made
to a registration 14 days prior to the meeting are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Any new
registrations and/or name changes made to a registration after the meeting has commenced are
subject to a $50 administrative fee. If for any reason,
you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on this website. You may
retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and confirmation code.
